1. What do you sell on this web site? We
sell our services concerning obtaining and delivering virtual gold and items to you to make the game easier. We do not sell the
actual items as they are property of CipSoft GmbH.
2. Do you sell characters, or can you help me level them? No we do not offer such service and until Tibia rules concerning ingame accounts we won't.
3. Where do you get so much money from? The
money here is mostly taken from selling premium accounts for Tibia cash
(don't ask us about that, we already have a lot of customers, though if
we change our minds we will write a notice on main page) and buying it directly from other players. Also some of
the money is owned by our real life friends, and we do them a favor selling it here.
4. Can I sell my cash on your site? Unfortunately we do not provide such a service. Its a place only to buy Tibia gold.
5. What currency do you use? On our site offer payments in various currencies like : USD, AUD, EURO and GBP.
Transactions
1. How can I place an order? First
you will have to register on our site. We collect information like your
real name, address, telephone number, Ip address and confirmed email.
We need that information in order to ensure safety and quality of all
transactions. After loging in you will be able to add items to your
cart. In order to finalise transaction you will be asked to choose one
payment method, give your ingame name and city. All that is left is to
transfer money and wait for delivery.
2. Are there any discount for larger orders? No we do not usually make discounts. If you want to ask about them and intend to place order for at least 200 usd you might contact us on msn/mail. But we cannot guarantee you will get any discount.
Delivery
1. How long do I have to wait for delivery? We try to deliver all the items and money in less then 24 hours after we received your payment. New users or nonverified users might need to wait a little longer. We will contact you by email in those cases.
2. How do I get the items in game? We send your parcel to specified character and city. If the order contains only cash we might send the money using Tibia bank transfer ( new to tibia, implemented in the recent update) Also if you do not provide the city we will either send the money by bank transfer or parcel it to the city you entered in the previous order for the same character.
3. What should I do if I typed in wrong character name? You
have to contact us as soon as possible. We usually try to confirm if
the character name is valid, but we do not take responsibility if you
didn't contact us before delivery.
4. I didn't receive my items. Can your prove me you really sent them? Yes!
We record every transaction on a wmv file. Therefore you won't be able
to cheat that you didn't receive it, or someone must have had access
to your account and taken it.
Payment methods
1. What forms of payment do you accept? We
accept payment through Verified Paypal accounts with confirmed shipping
addresses ( new customers are allowed only to buy with this methods
goods worth up to 100$ ). We
reserve the right to reject your payment if it is sent through an
unverified Paypal account. Sending a payment through an unverified
account will be at your own risk as we will not make delivery unless
the Paypal account is verified and this may take more than 24 hours.
Sending
a payment without a confirmed shipping address will be at your own risk
as we will not make delivery unless we received your confirmed shipping
address . We reserve the right to reject your payment if it is sent
through a Paypal account without a confirmed shipping address. We
accept money transfer from Western Union or MoneyGram and also direct
transfer to one of our bank accounts (either to US or Poland). --currently stalled-
For larger orders we might not accept PayPal payments or require additional information from You.
We are looking
into providing other modes of payment in the near future.
2. Why do you only accept VERIFIED Paypal accounts? We
had lost a lot of money to unverified Paypal payments which are frauds,
fake/stolen credit cards. For verified Paypal accounts, it will greatly reduce such
possibilities.
4. How to get my Paypal account verified? For

5. How long does it take for my payment at www.paypal.com to be processed? Credit
Card/Paypal account balance – Processing is instantaneous and delivery
